About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CAT A / CAT B Commercial Fit-Out Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects in Central London, with project values ranging from £750k to £1m.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial office fit-outs, with proven experience managing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure programme deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
• Monitor project progress, quality control and workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
• Manage site documentation, progress reports, RAMS and health and safety requirements.
• Drive the project through to successful handover and completion.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience managing commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects of a similar scale.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of site health and safety procedures.
