As Project Manager, you’ll:Define project strategies, manage risk, and act as the key client contact.Deliver foundational project management processes built on industry best practiceLead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate design and construction.Provide leadership and mentor junior staff.Contribute to business growth by building strong client relationships.Independently deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring excellence in quality, cost, and time.Core Responsibilities

Pre-Contract:Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with clients.Prepare feasibility studies, programmes, and delivery strategies.Advise on procurement, contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC), and risk.Tender and Contract Formation:Manage tender documentation and evaluation.Select and appoint consultants/contractors.Negotiate and finalise contracts.Project Delivery and Construction:Act as the client’s representative across the lifecycle.Monitor programme, cost, and quality on site.Lead project and site meetings; provide accurate reports.Oversee health and safety, compliance, and sustainability.Manage supply chains, particularly millwork and specialist finishes.Support cost control in collaboration with cost managers.Manage full handover and closeout processes to deliver successful spaces for clients.Leadership and Business Contribution

Mentor junior staff and grow your own team under your supervision.Foster collaboration across teams.Manage your own clients and workbooks, with rewards for high performance and client satisfactionContribute to business development opportunities.Key Skills and Experience

Proven track record delivering projects valued at £5m+.Excellent communicator with strong client management skills.Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and independent thinking.Experience in retail, luxury retail, and/or hospitality.Comfortable managing contractors/subcontractors on site.Confident with drawings, architecture, interiors, and millwork.Understanding of cost management processes (though not a CM role, understanding of fundamentals is preferred)Skilled at balancing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with international clients and diverse cultures preferred.Relevant degree or equivalent qualification preferred.Fluent English; working proficiency in Italian or French desirable but not essential.Adaptable, solutions-driven, and strong problem-solver.Who are we looking for?
