Are you a Production Manager from a food manufacturing background with experience in sauces, condiments or FMCG production, looking for an opportunity to build and lead a manufacturing operation from the ground up within an ambitious and rapidly growing business?

In this varied role, you''ll oversee all aspects of manufacturing, from production planning and inventory management through to quality, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You''ll have significant autonomy to implement your own ideas, improve processes and develop a scalable operation capable of supporting long-term growth.

The Role

• Build and develop a new food manufacturing operation
• Lead all day-to-day production activities
• Recruit, train and manage the production team
• Implement manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage inventory, procurement and supply chain activities
• Ensure quality, food safety and regulatory compliance
• Drive efficiency, reduce waste and improve productivity

The Person

• Production Manager from a food manufacturing background
• Experience within condiments, sauces or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, production planning and supply chain management
