Service Manager - Mental Health

Working hours = working 37.7 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. This role includes evening, weekend and bank holiday working. YOu will not work every weekend. As Service Manager, you will lead and develop the competence of two Team Leaders, overseeing the effectiveness of support for our service users. Your focus will be service management, and you will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that Servol delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.
