  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, accessible English lessons.

  • Excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills.

  • A patient, resilient and flexible approach to teaching.

  • The ability to differentiate lessons to meet a range of individual learning needs.

  • Previous experience within an SEMH, SEND, Autism or alternative provision setting is desirable but not essential.

  • Salary paid in line with the Teachers'' Pay Scale, dependent on experience.

  • Supportive and nurturing learning environment.

  • Opportunity to provide personalised support and make a genuine difference to pupils'' lives.

  • A dedicated leadership team committed to supporting staff and pupil development.

  • The opportunity to develop your career within a specialist education setting.
