We are looking to recruit a weekend day duty controller to add to our team based at our Head Office in Hatfield. You must hold a valid SIA Licence and a full UK driving licence. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Ensuring client sites are covered at all times Providing out of hours support to all staff on sites Conduct key holding and mobile patrol duties Attend to any alarm activations Provide emergency site cover. Conduct welfare and site visits on a weekly planned schedule. Take hourly check calls from lone worker staff. Manage and accurately update the rostering system Ensure all reports are completed as required. Report any issues to the Contracts Managers / Operations Director Core Requirements: - Must hold a frontline SIA Licence Must hold a full valid UK driving licence Must be computer literate Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
