Our client is seeking 5 Production Operatives to join their growing team in Hixon.

Whether you''ve worked in manufacturing, production, warehousing, construction, engineering, or a hands-on role, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Building timber structures from technical drawings
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We''re Looking For



Essential:

1. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
2. Reliable and punctual
3. Willingness to learn new skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
6. Must have own transport due to location

Desirable (but not essential):

1. Previous timber industry experience
2. Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience
3. Experience using hand and power tools
