This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and who can adjust their teaching style to meet the unique learning needs of each student, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 tutoring sessions for students with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning disabilities, etc.), adjusting the lessons to meet each students needs. Use creative and flexible teaching methods to support students in gaining a better understanding of subject content and developing essential life skills. Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and independence. Regularly track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents, carers, or relevant professionals.
