MandE Site Manager / Project Engineer - WaterLocation: Bury, Greater Manchester / project sites Contract: 12-month rolling contract IR35: Outside IR35 Working pattern: Predominantly site-based, with occasional visits to the Bury office Rate: Up to 450 per day (DOE)We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site Manager / Project Engineer to manage the delivery of MandE installation packages across water and wastewater infrastructure projects.This is a long-term 12-month rolling contract advertised as outside IR35, suited to someone comfortable combining hands-on site delivery, project engineering, health and safety, coordination and client liaison. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day mechanical and electrical installation activities.Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, materials and project documentation.Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with client specifications and project requirements.Manage health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams.Prepare and maintain RAMS, permits, inspections, quality records and progress reports.Support planning, programme updates, client meetings and handovers.Monitor progress and help ensure projects remain on programme.Promote a strong safety culture throughout project delivery.Experience requiredPrevious Site Manager, Project Engineer or comparable experience within MandE, utilities or civil engineering.Water/wastewater experience is ..... full job details .....
