Job Overview
Senior Architectural Technologist job in London. This role is suited to a technically focused professional with strong Revit expertise and experience delivering projects through key design and construction stages. Working across a varied UK project portfolio, you will lead technical design packages, coordinate project information and ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety requirements and environmental standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical drawing package delivery

• Coordinate design information and documentation

• Advise on regulatory compliance requirements

• Undertake Designer Risk Assessments

• Liaise with consultants and authorities

You will support project teams through all key stages using Revit Level 2 BIM processes, including COBie data production and project coordination.

Skills & Experience Required

• Architectural Technology degree, HNC/HND or BTEC

• CIAT or RIBA registered

• Minimum 5 years'' post-qualification experience

• Strong Revit skills with 3+ years'' use

• Knowledge of UK construction legislation

Experience coordinating consultants, managing BIM information and undertaking health and safety risk assessments is required.
