The role requires regular national travel, with potential overseas working opportunities once settled and experienced in the role.This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers, providing technical expertise, hands-on support, and problem-solving in a varied and rewarding role.Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and troubleshoot technical systems on-siteBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and on-site staffAssist with system installation and commissioning (dependent on qualifications)Complete accurate service reports and documentationContribute to service improvement initiatives and uphold high customer care standardsFollow all health and safety policies and procedures Candidate Requirements: Qualified electro-mechanical engineer with multi-disciplined experiencePrevious field service or technical support experience advantageousStrong customer service focus and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationIT competent, especially MS OfficeGCSE (or equivalent) in English and MathsFull UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally;
