Job Title: Private Client Tax Senior Manager - Partnerships Location: City of Bristol - hybrid working module available Salary: £72,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits package! The Role: My client are in an expansion phase across the firm and are therefore seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager or Senior Manager to provide direct support to the partners to help grow and develop this area of the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own portfolio and should possess strong tax technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster client relationships. The role will include: Supporting business development activities, including preparing tenders, proposals and delivering presentations.Mentoring and developing team members interested in a partnership specialism along with line management, assisting with work planning and performance feedback.Attend the firm''s annual tax conference and attend both internal and external training sessions.A wide range of interesting work for someone with a solid personal tax background in a friendly and supportive environment.Managing an existing portfolio of professional partnerships and connected partners. The Ideal Candidate: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified indiviudal with several years post qualification experience.Demonstrate strong UK tax technical skills.Have the ability to analyse tax technical queries and provide robust advice and solutions.Execute project management skills, wit
