You ll take ownership of your geographical area, with commission rewarding the results you deliver.What you ll be doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generationBuilding relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makersManaging the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placementManaging client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent serviceAchieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIsMaintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hour s service is covered in line with business needs.
