My client are a well established construction company that work on high rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join them, first project being a new build apartment scheme in East London!

Their ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience managing package managers
• Motivated and driven individual.
• Proven history of working on projects through to completion.
• Experience working on residential projects (student accom./BTR)

Duties will include:

• Taking lead of the construction activity on site 
• Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
• Managing relationship with the client.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
• Quality control.
• Direct line management for trade package managers.
