The Role As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you ll work closely with all internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will provide world-class service and support to our valued clients Main Duties and Responsibilities Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone and email. Keep customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule. Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints. Accurately raise orders in our system. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries. Administrative tasks as the role requires. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams. Any other reasonable request that supports the business.
