The FirmOur client, an Am 20 US Law Firm, known for its collegiate culture and strong international presence, is seeking a Conflicts and New Business Associate Manager to join its London-based Risk and Compliance function.The OpportunityThis is a key operational management role within the UK and EU Conflicts and New Business team, reporting to the Director of Conflicts, AML and Compliance (Europe and Middle East). The successful candidate will supervise a team of Conflicts and AML Analysts and a Team Administrator, ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of conflicts clearance, AML and new business intake processes. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced, service-driven environment, requiring strong judgement, responsiveness and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
