Are you the right person for the job?• Live inside M25• Previous fieldwork experience within the industry is ESSENTIAL• Good knowledge/experience of ALL types of main line entry/access systems, this cannot be OVER EMPHASISED• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team• Capable of working logically and producing a report at the end of the job• Good customer service skills• Physically fit and able to work at heights• Communication and interpersonal skills (both internal and external)• A driver’s licence is essential

Your responsibilities• In this role, you will be required to maintain and carry out reactive fault finding and repairs on a wide range of entry phone and access control systems, mainly for residential blocks in Central London• Responsible for accurate reporting of work carried out
