From their UK site they provide sales, spares and service to clients across the UK and Ireland and are now looking to develop their service offerings by employing a skilled Mechanical Workshop Engineer to provide support across their product rangeThe RoleWorking predominantly from their Rugby site, the successful Mechanical Workshop Engineer will be responsible for servicing tooling and ancillary products, providing technical information and advice and providing quotations to clients. Occasional travel to client sites for installation/servicing will form part of the role though this is estimated to be less than 10% of the time.Day to day responsibilities will involve; Servicing, stripping down, refitting and repairing various precision tools and their ancillary including chucks, vises, cylinders and various other clamping systemsWorking to GA drawings, explosion drawings and component drawingsUtilising CAD drawingsWorking predominantly with hydraulic systems, occasionally pneumaticsSpeaking with customers to provide advice and support where necessary The CandidateTo be successful in your application ..... full job details .....
