The practice offers long term stability, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to work on complex, high value projects that provide genuine technical depth and responsibility.The role will focus on the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants and external stakeholders through the later design stages.Role and responsibilities: Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction informationCoordinating technical information with consultants and specialist subcontractorsEnsuring designs comply with current UK Building RegulationsSupporting projects through technical design, tender and construction stagesResponding to technical queries and design changes during deliveryAssisting with maintaining drawing standards and project documentation Key requirements: Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related disciplineSolid experience producing technical drawing packagesGood working knowledge of UK Building RegulationsExperience within industrial, logistics or data centre sectors is desirable but not essentialProficient in Revit and AutoCADAbl
