This role is pivotal in ensuring digital touchpoints align with policy intent while maintaining strict adherence to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.The RoleYou will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams-including policy, product, and delivery-to map complex systems and identify pain points. You will be responsible for creating evidenced ''as-is'' maps and developing service blueprints that translate technical constraints into intuitive user journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Service Design: Create end-to-end services that meet diverse user needs and ensure accessibility across all touchpoints.Ecosystem Mapping: Analyse dependencies and service ecosystems to provide visual, easy-to-understand artefacts.Collaborative Design: Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, designing "in the open" to share knowledge across the wider design community.Strategy andamp; Advocacy: Advocate for inclusive design practices and support the development of long-term service strategies and roadmaps.Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design profession.RequirementsPublic Sector Expertise: Extensive
