Secure your next long-term career milestone on a vital -25m new-build hospital project based in Ashford, Kent. This is a complex, multi-year scheme with guaranteed pipeline visibility running all the way through to 2029.

As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of this major healthcare development. You will manage upstream and downstream commercial activity, drive cost-efficiencies, and mitigate risk on a highly regulated site.

• Deep working knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4) is essential for this role.

• A proven track record of managing major build projects (ideally -15m+ in value) from procurement through to final accounts.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex variations smoothly.
