OverviewAbout the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our friendly and growing team at the Tudor Barn , a stunning wedding and events venue in Burnham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality food in both a beautiful historic setting and off-site at private events.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standardMaintain food hygiene and safety standardsSupport the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operationsContribute to menu development and event preparationOccasionally work off-site at private functions and eventsWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ChefA passion for great food and high standardsExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to location and off-site events)What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of £17.5040 hours per week (some weekend and evening work required)Opportunity to work in a creative, supportive and rewarding environmentA great team atmosphere with real progression potentialVaried experience across weddings, events and private diningJob Type: Full-timeWork authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Willingness to travel:25% (required)Work Location: In person
