Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to work on the post bench within a busy distribution warehouse in the Leighton Buzzard area. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing orders for dispatch, with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract following a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately Manual Handling (some products can be heavy) Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and sealing Ensuring correct documentation is included with outgoing orders Skills and Experience Required Previous picking and packing experience preferred (training provided) Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Conducting basic quality checks before dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following health and safety procedures at all times If this sounds like the job role for you, please apply with your up-to-date cv or give us a call!
