About the Role This role is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about inclusive education, child development, or educational psychology. You will work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and external professionals to support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SENDImplement individual education plans (IEPs) and targeted interventionsSupport emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategiesAdapt classroom resources to meet individual learning needsWork collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agenciesMonitor progress and contribute to review meetings Person Specification Essential: A recent undergraduate degreeEmpathy, patience, and resilienceStrong communication skillsCommitment to inclusive education Desirable: Experience supporting children with SENDInterest in educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or teachingTraining in behaviour support or safeguarding What We Offer Specialist SEND training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive mentoring from experienced staffMeaningful hands-on experience in inclus
