Based in the Midlands, they specialise in clean and wastewater treatment works across the Severn Trent region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take on a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible and working outside IR35 regulations.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to clean and wastewater treatment worksEnsuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsCoordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectivesImplementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on siteConducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations and specificationsMaintaining accurate records and preparing progress reports for senior managementTroubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues promptly and efficientlyFostering a positive team environment and providing leadership and direction to on-site staffJob Requirements:Experience in civil engineering within the water industryStrong project management and site supervision skillsAbility to coordinate and manage multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of health and safety regulations and best practicesExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and me
