The Proposals Engineer - Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels will:

 Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and modular skids
 Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and industry standards
 Perform preliminary engineering calculations to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness
 Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to create competitive, high-quality proposals
 Engage with clients during bid phases and attend customer meetings (UK and occasionally overseas)
 Provide technical and commercial support to both internal teams and external customers

What We’re Looking For
? Engineering qualification (HND minimum, degree preferred) in Mechanical or related field
? Experience in Applications, Proposals, or Technical Sales within heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or similar engineered products
? Strong understanding of mechanical principles (Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Mass/Heat Balance Equations)
? Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, PED)
? Commercial awareness and ability to develop cost-effective solutions
? A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
