The firm is known for its sophisticated client base, technical expertise and involvement in some of the most significant disputes in the market.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Costs and Funding Analyst to join the firm in a broad and commercially focused role combining legal, financial, data and risk analysis.Working closely with lawyers, finance teams and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in assessing and monitoring the financial and commercial risk associated with conditional and contingent fee matters, while supporting the continued development of the firm''s costs and funding processes.Key responsibilities will include:Performing detailed financial and risk analysis on conditional and contingent fee matters, both at inception and throughout the lifecycle of the casePreparing and monitoring cost estimates and matter budgets using costs management softwareSupporting matter teams with submissions to internal Risk and Funding Committees, including fee and outcome projectionsReviewing Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs) and Damages-Based Agreements (DBAs), ensuring appropriate approval and executionLiaising with legal teams, After The Event (ATE) insurers and ..... full job details .....
