You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation, while also carrying out site measurements and valuations. Day-to-day, you will manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation, oversee variations and change control, and ensure all contractual obligations are met. You will prepare interim applications, manage project costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to support decision-making.
