They are looking to appoint an Estimator to take a leading role in securing a robust pipeline of new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £12m. The Role You ll play a key part in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders and cost plans. From frameworks to negotiated DandB projects, you ll liaise closely with the design and delivery teams, manage supply chain input, and ensure bids are commercially sound, well-presented, and aligned with client expectations.
