What you''ll be doing: you''ll join a high-performing PMO and take ownership of cross-functional delivery in an Agile SAFe environment. You''ll work with ringfenced product teams (BAs, Developers, Architects) across high-transactional systems, helping to scale complex data pipelines, software integrations, and automation tools. Own the end-to-end delivery of digital and operational initiatives with real business impact Facilitate Agile ceremonies - daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile principles across teams and workstreams Manage cross-team dependencies, RAID logs, and sprint metrics using JIRA and Agile reporting tools Coordinate delivery across Real Time data streams, APIs, automation, and third-party platforms Engage with senior stakeholders and report on delivery status, risks, and opportunities What we''re looking for: 5-10 years'' experience in Agile-led project/programme delivery, ideally within S
