We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an established and reputable contractor, working on a mobile basis across Northamptonshire, on a temporary basis. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Temporary £24 £25ph paid weekly via umbrella Mobile role Northamptonshire (van provided) As a Multi Trade Operative, your main duties will include: Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and laying vinyl flooring Working independently across various sites Carrying out maintenance and repairs in void and social housing properties Ensuring a high standard of workmanship while adhering to health and safety To be successful as a Multi Trade OPerative, you will need: Relevant experience in multi-trade roles, ideally within social housing or voids Competence in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and vinyl floor laying NVQ or equivalent in a relevant trade Full UK driving licence and own tools A positive, reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail The benefits of this role are: Van provided Long-term opportunity with a reputable company Weekly pay Mobile role with varied day-to-day work We would like to speak to anyone with experience as a Multi Trader, Carpenter multi, Plumber multi, Maintenance Operative, Trades Multi, Multi trade, Multi-trade or similar.
