You will be responsible for the management of 3 blocks of low rise apartments on a large residential development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, carrying out progress meetings, maintaining high levels of build standards, health and safety and quality. Experience / Qualifications Required: Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder or residential developerExperience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion and handoverEither academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standardsExcellent planning and time management skills with the ability to think ahead and manage risk.
