We are looking for an experienced Meeting and Events Coordinator to join a busy and professional events team, coordinating a diverse range of conferences, meetings, training sessions and private events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, building strong client relationships and taking ownership of events from the initial booking right through to successful delivery. You will be a key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal operational teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, while also identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and generate additional revenue. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings and events from initial booking through to delivery and post-event follow-up. Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all requirements are understood and delivered. Confirm event details including timings, room layouts, catering, dietary requirements, AV requirements and any special requests. Conduct client site visits and attend pre-event meetings and briefings where required. Ensure accurate and detailed event documentation is maintained and communicated to the relevant teams.
