As the first point of contact for our customers, you''ll support them with enquiries, orders, returns, deliveries, and product-related questions across phone, email, and CRM systems. You''ll play an important role in ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience. What You''ll Be Doing: Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems. Assisting customers with orders, returns, refunds, and delivery updates. Resolving customer complaints professionally and escalating complex issues when required. Accurately updating customer records and case notes. Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and After Sales Support. Helping identify ways to improve the customer experience and service processes. What We''re Looking For: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
