Have proven experience in all types of general repairs; kitchen, bathroom repairs light plumbing, leaks to drainage and blockage to electrical, painting, grouting, various treatment, ad-hoc jobs. Deal with delivery and assembly of furniture and appliances, lock and fire door changes, delivery and removal, minor installations, flooring; this is not an exhaustive list. Report property condition for check in/out purposes, fixing immediate areas of damage and fix Secure broken items under HandS, clean and tidy up, until more specialist repair teams can arrive.
