Do you have the coaching skills, resilience and motivation to support individuals from their first steps towards work through to long-term job sustainability? We are recruiting an Employment Advisor Youth Employment to join a respected employability and skills organisation delivering youth employment programmes in East London. You will manage a caseload of young people, providing tailored one-to-one employment support to help them become job-ready, secure paid employment and sustain their roles once in work. The programme follows an intensive, structured journey, with the first four weeks focused on preparing participants for employment. You will then support them into suitable opportunities and provide ongoing in-work coaching to help them settle into their new roles and overcome any challenges. This is a rewarding, fast-paced opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building positive relationships and delivering measurable employment outcomes.
