This rewarding role involves supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through a varied curriculum, including English and Maths Functional Skills, Life and Living Skills, Horticulture, Retail, and Employability programmes. You will play a key role in helping learners develop independence, confidence, communication skills, and preparation for adulthood. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Entry Level 1 to Entry Level 3 programmes. Teach and embed English and Maths Functional Skills within the curriculum. Plan and deliver lessons in Life and Living Skills, Employability, Retail, and Horticulture. Differentiate learning activities to meet individual learner needs and EHCP outcomes where applicable. Monitor, assess, and record learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Foster learners'' independence, social skills, employability skills, and personal development. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes learner engagement and achievement.
