Due to company growth our client are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technician: Produce Architectural drawing packs from land inception to completion. Produce high-quality, detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards. Develop new standard house type ranges. Produce full working drawing packs for standard house types as well and company standard details for construction Collaborate with in house departments, engineers, and other project stakeholders to coordinate design. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any technical issues on-site. Mentor and guide junior team members, offering technical support and advice. Review and ensure accuracy of documentation and manage project timelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies. Key Requirements for the Sen
