We offer our Support Worker and Healthcare Assistants flexibility to choose when, where and how often they work, supporting work/life balance. We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives. Opportunities are available across Greater Manchester including Stockport, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford. You will work in residential, respite, community and supported living settings, supporting adults facing challenges related to Autism, learning and/or physical disabilities, mental health and behavioural difficulties. Shifts can be days, nights and sleep shifts to provide 24-hour support. Supporting people to lead fulfilling lives requires kindness, patience and common sense. Applicants must also have:Minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Children’s support settingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationshipsExperience of individual support planningValid UK Driving Licence is desired but not essentialAll applicants are subject to checks of Identity, Right to Work, DBS, and Employment References.About Us
