This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator, Painting and Decorating Supervisor, Site Manager, Trade Trainer or Construction Professional looking to move into education and make a genuine difference to people''s lives. Working with small groups of learners, you will deliver practical Painting and Decorating training, helping individuals develop trade skills, industry knowledge and workplace behaviours that support progression into employment upon release. You will play a key role in helping learners gain confidence, achieve qualifications and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
