Acting as an independent expert witnessLeading a team of dispute resolution professionals including consultants and experienced expertsProviding expert witness testimonyRepresenting main contractors, law firms, and employers in high-value disputes and arbitrations worth multiple millions of poundsDrive strategic growth through business development and client relationship management.Take an active role in the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing staff to support business expansion.Desired Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience as a Delay Expert Witness, ideally with experience of testifying and cross-examination.Proven ability to secure expert appointments and build a pipeline of dispute work.Track record in leading teams and developing new business in the expert witness or consultancy space.Background in complex construction projects and large-scale disputes, ideally across international jurisdictions.Strong industry network and book of contacts.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree QualifiedIdeally CharteredMSc in Construction Law or LLM qualification achieved or working towards highly preferred.Employing Company Overview and Profile
