Key Responsibilities Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of electric motors and drive units, including thermal, drag, torque, and EMF analysis. Data Analysis and Reporting: Process test data to generate actionable insights and detailed reports using tools like Excel or Python. Prototype Support: Assist the design and development team with prototype testing and development guidance. Equipment Assembly: Build, maintain, and optimise test rigs and associated systems. Problem Solving: Lead fault and failure analysis, offering alternative solutions using methodologies like 8D processes.
