You will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity. You will advise, support, and represent clients while upholding the highest standards of client care. The firm is seeking solicitors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will offer exceptional levels of client care.Responsibilities
