Events Specialist - Southampton - 35,000 - Full time position Monday to FridayWe are seeking an organised and proactive Events Specialist to join our clients hugely successful Marketing team. This new role will support the delivery of high-impact events across the UK, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to engage university and commercial audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing events that enhance brand presence and support lead generation.You will be working with stakeholders and other Marketing team members to book space and transport, prepare packs, manage merchandise, create exhibition graphics, and support the events with data management.This role will also include a small number of in-person events each year delivering first class in-person experiencesEvent Specialist responsibilities include:Plan and deliver on-site and virtual events including university visits, trade shows, product demonstrations, seminars and roadshowsCoordinate all event logistics, including venue bookings, materials, equipment, and travel arrangementsWork closely with UK Sales and Product teams to tailor event content and objectivesManage event communications and promotional materials in collaboration with MarketingTrack event performance, gather feedback, and support post-event follow-up activitiesManage event budgets and timelinesBuild strong relationships with academic institutions, suppliers, and even
