Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime. Respond to machinery breakdowns and identify the root cause of recurring issues. Carry out fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery and automated production systems. Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Work on motors, gearboxes, sensors, inverters and control systems. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
