This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and want to make a positive difference to their education, development and wellbeing. You will work alongside experienced teaching staff to support pupils with a range of individual needs, helping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Provide support to pupils with their learning, development and engagement in classroom activities. Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required. Support pupils in developing confidence, independence and social skills. Assist pupils with emotional, behavioural and communication needs. Support teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day. Help maintain a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
