The Senior Property Safety Officer role The purpose of this role is to work in Property Safety, to plan and deliver programmes of work related to the functions held (e.g. Fire, asbestos, electrical, lifts, water safety etc.) and to ensure Orbit has robust and auditable evidence of compliance with relevant legislation and company KPIs. Most important to this role is to apply the Plan, Do, Check, Act way of working to everything our team does to drive our safety culture.
