Sales and Operations Coordinator (Temp)Location: Horsham (Full-Time, Office-Based)Hours: 45 hours per weekDriving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.Manage shared inboxes, ensuring all enquiries are responded to or forwarded to the appropriate department.Process availability checks, customer orders, and service requests using internal systems.Produce reports and assist with operational enquiries.Maintain customer and sales activity within the CRM system.Prepare and distribute KPI and performance reports.Coordinate pre-scheduled work for key customers.Liaise with operational teams to confirm availability for customer requests.Communicate booking confirmations and updates to customers.Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.Ensure purchase orders and supporting documentation are complete before processing.Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure all required documentation is received promptly.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem solving.Support the ongoing development and maintenance of internal systems and CRM platforms.Assist with business improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.Carry out any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.YOUR EXPERIENCE:Excellent communication and ..... full job details .....
