Business Development Manager Required! (Passive Fire & Door division)

Our client is established fire protection specialist delivering fire safety and compliance projects across the UK, working with a diverse client base across the construction and public sectors.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and helping to grow our presence across key sectors.

Package:

• Salary -35,000 - -45,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Realistic OTE of -60,000 - -90,000+.

Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
• Developing relationships with contractors, consultants, housing providers and end clients.
• Securing framework agreements and long-term contracts.
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• Conducting face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and repeat business.
• Working closely with our estimating and operational teams to deliver client solutions.
• Preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.

Business Development Manager - Requirements:

• Experience within construction, passive fire protection or a related industry.
• Previous sales, business development or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, self-motivated and resilient attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a desire to win business.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience working with framework agreements and large commercial projects is advantageous
