Mechanical Construction Manager Location: Central LondonSalary: £65,000 £75,000 + Travel + Private Healthcare + 10% BonusHoliday: 25 Days + Bank HolidaysAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor delivering prestigious commercial fit-out projects across Central London.The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical/MandE background with proven experience delivering CAT A, CAT B, office fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for managing mechanical construction activities from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction activities across commercial fit-out projects.Oversee subcontractors, site teams and specialist suppliers.Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, pipework, public health and other mechanical services.Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to specification.Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Teams, Electrical and Commissioning teams.Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.Monitor progress, quality, resources and project risks.Attend client and coordination meetings.Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager within MandE/Building Services.Strong CAT A/CAT B commercial fit-out experience.Good knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, pipework and public health systems.Experience managing ..... full job details .....
